This portfolio shows fine art nude photography created on location: a woman, a space, a bit of light, and then we see what happens. No choreography, no “now like this, now like that”, no checklist of poses to work through. Someone is there, moves, stops, turns away – and at some point something falls into place.

Most images are made in apartments, hotels, corridors, staircases, at doors that are half open. Spaces that were built for something else and suddenly start to work. Light comes and goes, falls wrong, falls right. Sometimes only a look or a single line remains – and that is enough.

Some of the motifs appear later in calendars, books, the Collector’s Edition or as SIGNED.FRAMED.ICONIC, others exist only here in the portfolio. It is an ongoing collection over many years, with changing bodies and changing rooms while the tone stays the same. You can scroll through, move on, come back – if an image stays in your head, it has done its job.
