A LIFE FOR PHOTOGRAPHY
I don’t believe in elaborate sets. I believe in light, intimacy, and that split second you can’t recreate. Much of my work is done using available light—not out of convenience, but because it’s more authentic. Technology is a means to an end.
What matters is the moment when a photo clicks: the gaze, the tension, the stillness. Then it doesn’t matter what it looks like—only what it evokes. No bossing anyone around. Always on equal footing. Only when the model lets go does the photo become open, clear, and intense.
