Pricing Logic of the Edition

Prices rise with availability — the first copy is always the least expensive. As more editions sell, the price increases, further emphasizing the rarity and collector’s value of the artwork. The fewer copies remain, the more valuable each individual piece becomes, meaning you’re investing in a unique work of art.

Background: How limited editions work.

Through the Light.

The morning flooded the room, but she doesn’t move. Two hands holding the curtain like a promise nobody made. Her back is a line, drawn with a steady hand and too much truth. The air shimmers, the world outside dances, but in here — all that matters is how the light sticks to her. No frills. No smile. Only that silence that’s louder than any soundtrack. You don’t know what came before. You only know: now she’s here. Frozen mid-motion. Unmoved by her own nudity. Like a memory that doesn’t ask whether you’re ready.

She’s standing there. And you won’t get this image out of your head.

Framing Options

A fitting frame doesn’t just protect your artistic nude photography — it elevates it at the same time. With our custom-made frames, “Out or In” gains a new dimension — it becomes a focal point and gives your space a special character.

The acrylic glass used protects your artwork with up to 99% UV protection against fading, so colors and brilliance stay intact for years. It’s lightweight, shatter-resistant, and ensures safe, long-term preservation of your artwork.

Limited artistic nude photography deserves a high-quality frame — an investment that further increases the value of this fine art photography. Many of our customers report that their art feels even more intense in the right frame — a small difference that can make a big impact.

If you have questions about materials, formats, or availability, we’re always happy to help.

Shipping, Packaging & Customs

Worldwide shipping is free. Each artwork is professionally packaged, insured, and shipped directly from the studio. All items are shipped neutral and discreet — with no visible indication of the contents. For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, import charges, or taxes may apply (not included in the purchase price; payable by the recipient).

Art has no borders — but sometimes, unfortunately, paperwork. Don’t let that stop you — maybe you’d like to start with something smaller: SIGNED.FRAMED.ICONIC. — 199 times, framed, signed, four weeks online. Then it’s gone.

FAQ & Contact (Questions about the Photography)

Most questions are answered here in two minutes — shipping, signature, paper, framing, AI, and edition limits.

What is the Collector’s Edition and what do AP / AE mean?2026-02-13T14:47:00+01:00

The Collector’s Edition features large-format fine-art prints in strictly limited editions, each hand-signed and numbered. In addition to the main edition, there is a very small number of AP (Artist Proof) or AE (Artist Edition) copies—these are primarily reserved for the artist’s archive and are highly prized by collectors. Prices increase as the edition sells out, rewarding early collectors. Upon request, you can reserve a specific edition number, provided it is still available.

Will I receive a Certificate of Authenticity?2026-02-13T14:43:54+01:00

Yes. Every print is hand-signed and marked with its edition number. In addition, a physical Certificate of Authenticity is included, confirming the title, size, and edition. For permanent documentation, this certificate is also accessible online at any time.

Which printing methods and materials are used?2026-02-13T14:32:00+01:00

We use gallery-grade pigment printing on Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta (325g) for maximum detail and archival stability. Formats from 100 × 150 cm upwards are mounted on Alu-Dibond for perfect flatness (and can be sealed behind acrylic glass upon request). All works are designed to meet museum standards and ensure extreme longevity.

Are the works delivered framed and are custom sizes possible?2026-02-13T14:28:20+01:00

Custom framing (wood/aluminum) and bespoke sizes are available upon request. For framed works, we use Optium Museum Acrylic (Tru Vue): anti-reflective, 99% UV-protective, and shatterproof. Contact me at hello@martin-wieland-arts.com for a personalized quote.

How are large-format works securely shipped?2026-02-13T14:40:53+01:00

Smaller formats are securely rolled, while large-format or mounted works are shipped flat in specialized art-safety packaging. All shipments are discreet, fully insured, and tracked. Please note that international orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties.

How long does delivery take and can I return a work?2026-02-13T14:37:07+01:00

Standard formats are custom-made to order and ready for shipment within 3-4 days; large formats (100×150 cm and up) are produced externally (approx. 7–10 days). Legal return rights apply, provided the artwork is returned undamaged and in its original packaging. Please note: Custom sizes and bespoke productions are excluded from returns. The buyer bears the shipping costs for returns (especially for large formats via freight forwarding). In case of transit damage, please send photos immediately for insurance processing.
